Sometimes, when a person has done one mistake after the other, she/he loses the ability to turn around and admit to wrong doings because it's either the actions have become a habit, or the mind becomes in denial that it further leads to more damaging actions as a result.

In Soo Ah's case, she was pressured to be someone who she is not and ordered to remedy it at all cost that she finds herself creating a situation in her favor even if it means achieving her goal in a sneaky way. Now caught red handed, instead of apologizing or owning the bad action, she blamed Yeon Doo for it. Her emotions were mixed that she could not control her fear of the outcome that she continue to choose to do things that would hurt Yeon Doo. Thus the fall on the stairs leading to Yeol being hurt in the process as he tired to protect Yeon Doo.

I think this episode gave me the most tears flowing from my eyes non stop. It was heart warming how Soo Ah came to this moment of self realization amidst the continuous pressure form her mother who never even had the slightest remorse of what became her daughter. Not even giving comfort and enlightenment to Soo Ah's heavy heart. The result of all Soo Ah's actions were in fact came from the greed of her mother to make her the best and number one. The way she shows Soo Ah her support was all wrong. In her daughter's heart, there hides her inner fears not of what other people will say but of her mother's wrath in case she disappoints her. It hurts to see her undergoing alone in this latest ordeal where she almost hurt badly a classmate thinking she might have had done the unthinkable. the trauma stayed with her together with her loneliness that's why this  was one of the beautiful episode of the drama.

Good thing Yeol was okay. His father's concern was there but because misunderstanding has been there for a long time now, Yeol was not comfortable with it. It's hard to see two men trying to steer away from real feelings like as father and son.

The episode may be heart tugging because of Soo Ah, the romance was the energizer of the episode. The kiss happened between Yeol and Yeon Doo. I think they have too much chemistry that the kiss was perfect. It made me grin, smile, and remember first romance. But then, the giddiness was short lived because here comes Ha Joon, my favorite second lead guy, witnessing the kiss! Just as the OTP gave me feels it switched off the moment Ha Joon saw them breaking my heart a bit for this charming guy.

Oh, why, oh why... does K-dramas have this second lead guy as perfect as main guy? It is a dilemma for viewers like me who fall for second leads without warning, thus making it hard to choose. But I concede that Yeol and Yeon Doo is the ultimate OTP and I am loving them only I want Ha Joon to at least have his own nice romance.

Okay,back on the story...

The school now knew the real story of the stolen USB. Soo Ah's mother talked about transferring Soo Ah to another school. Soo Ah was having a hard time stepping foot at the hospital to visit Yeol and apologize. Her guilt is too big to carry alone. She was on the verge of breakdown, yet her mother was not helping her cope with her guilt. It was as if nothing happened and that is what she wanted Soo Ah to think.

She went to visit her friend whom she missed so much. The one who ended her life because it was too much to handle, just like now for Soo Ah. She was crying as she spoke with her through a photo. This somehow is a scary part because Soo Ah may just choose the same path her friend chose to take.

I thank Dong Jae for not giving up on Soo Ah. He has always been there wherever she is. Catching her at her most vulnerable times. Telling her to say sorry. And in this episode, he again reminded her to apologize to both Yeol and Yeon Doo. He is not her friend but his encouragement or unsolicited advise to her never ends. She might find him irritating, annoying, nosy... but he never stops.

Soo Ah and Dong Jae spent the day together. She tried new things she had never tired before. It was refreshing not to be pressured anymore by studying. She was enjoying this day for tomorrow she might not be able to it anymore. She already left a letter to Yeol  and Yeon Doo which caused alarm to the team who were together at the hospital.

Something fishy about the letter Soo Ah left gave the impression of bad news. They all went out to search for her. Dong Jar who just said goodbye to her learned about the content of the letter and what it possibly signifies. He turned around and ran towards where Soo Ah took off.

The climax was when Soo Ah almost got into a car accident. Dong Jae who has fear of touching acted instinctively when he saw Soo Ah standing still in the middle of the streets where cars are passing so fast. He grabbed her hand and embraced her tightly, protecting her, securing her from harm. Yeol and Yeon Doo saw them. Relief wash over their faces.

Soo Ah stayed at the hospital. She sprained her ankles. Her mother never allowed any visitors. She was already preparing Soo Ah's transfer abroad. The team never gave up on calling her and sending video messages. It was their way of showing support for her. Way of telling her she is welcome to come back. Yeon Doo also sent video to her. It made Soo Ah smile and wait for more.

Finally, Soo Ah's heart lightened. And it was because of those who call themselves friends. i so love this episode!
