Am I satisfied at the way the story ended? I have mixed feelings because the romance part was not really fulfilled. I know Wang So loves her and she loves him back but because their destiny is not supposed to be together, there is sadness in the end. It was a prophecy that she will light another country as he will lead Goryeo to it's thousand years. Honestly, I did not read the historical background and if there is any relation to these fictional story. The Final Episode Random thoughts I am gearing up to see a full battle between Wang So and Sik Ryeom but it turned out that there was no need to shed blood in order to restore peace and to make Sik Ryeom down on his knees in front of his highness Wang So. The people rallied behind Wang So and even the soldiers from Sik Ryeom's side decided to abandon their swords and heed the words of Wang So for ending the riot they were hoping for. He promised them that he will protect them and let them come home to their fam...
