As expected, the drama ended in a happy atmosphere. Romantic and hopeful. I predicted a time lapse in the story and I was right. Both Ji Yeon and Dong Ha needed to fix or go on with their dreams first before they can continue their romance. Ji Yeon went overseas for her exchanged reporter opportunity while Dong Ha continues his studies. They were apart but secure in the knowledge that both are in love with one another. But then, Dong Ha is still studying. Ji Yeon is already in her prime and ready to settle. The good thing in the story, it showed that they can wait until it is ready to happen. It does not make the ending looks hurried just to show or fulfill a viewer's wishful ending. The age gap is really one of the main issue of the story. But Ji Yeon as the more mature one, she handles the situation very well.  The love is there and it is not going any where, anytime. It will remain. FACING THE TRUTH ABOUT THE PAST I always thought first love without closure will always be special and will take priority when the time for it to re appear in the lives of both lovers from the past. There's something about first love that will always make hearts flutter. First love is classic. It stays forever even if memories are painful. No Shi Hoon is not only Ji Yeon's first love [the story did not tell but I believe he was] but he was the man who was almost her husband in the past. His sudden appearance in her life when her heart are already starting to flutter to a young handsome Dong Ha halted, made her confused. I think it is understandable that all memories together with all her feelings for Shi Hoon came rushing back, catching up on her suddenly. They have a past, beautiful and painful they may seem. Trying to move on... But how to move forward when one's heart is wavering. When one is confused, not happy with her choice.  One is moving forward hurting, one is wavering and another is letting go. This is the story of episode 11 and 12. Our OTP Ji Yeon and Dong Ha are both trying to move forward separately as normal as possible. Of the two, Dong Ha is the one having a hard time accepting the fact that Ji Yeon chose Shi Hoon. Age seems to be one of the factor why Ji Yeon is hesitating to lean towards Dong Ha. She is wavering and confused. She doesn't know her own feelings if she will be honest with herself. She may have picked Shi Hoon but in her mind there is Dong Ha, always keeping her occupied and restless, even in Shi Hoon's presence. In her drunken state, she went and slept in Dong Ha's bedroom.
